[2] <C2>Description</C2>
<HR>
Torres Tetris is a computer game created by Mark Torres in which a player manipulates falling blocks (Tetriminos) to form horizontal lines.
If you line up Tetriminos in a complete horizontal line, the line will vanish and points will be awarded.
When the GOAL value reaches 0, the level will increase.
As the level increases, Tetriminos fall faster and the game becomes more difficult, but more points are earned when lines are cleared.
Bonus points are earned when multiple lines vanish simultaneously.
Clearing four lines at once is called "TETRIS".
The game ends if Tetriminos pile up to the top of the screen, preventing new Tetriminos from falling.

[3] <C2>Drop / Hard Drop</C2>
<HR>
DROP causes Tetriminos to fall faster than normal, and HARD DROP causes Tetriminos to instantly fall and lock into place.
Points are awarded for using these features.

[4] <C2>Hold</C2>
<HR>
This single-use feature allows you to hold onto a falling Tetrimino for later use.
If you hold a Tetrimino, a new one will fall.
If you are holding a Tetrimino and wish to use it or hold another, it will be replaced with a new one.

[5] <C2>Hotline</C2>
<HR>
In Hotline mode, six "Hotlines" are placed in the field.
The higher up in the field you clear a Hotline, the more points are awarded.
If you clear a line that is not on a Hotline, your GOAL points will not change.
A Tetrimino that contains blocks of multiple colors is called a "Multimino".
After clearing a line, a Multimino breaks apart by color, and its blocks continue to fall as far as possible.
